A unique code tied to you. When you refer a building, make sure they mention your code when they apply. That's what officially credits the referral to you. If a building applies without it, we have no way to know it came from you, and it's treated as an unprompted signup with no commission owed.

See the real time status of every building you've referred: pending, in negotiation, or closed. No guessing, no waiting on an email to find out where things stand.

Your dashboard shows your current monthly recurring earnings and exactly when each building's 12 month payout window started and when it ends.

The details

15% of monthly contract value, paid for 12 months from the date each building signs. Staggered independently per building, not on one shared clock.
Single tier only. You earn on buildings you personally refer, never on other affiliates you bring into the program. No pyramid structure, ever.

Disclosure required. When you refer a building, you're required to let them know you may earn a commission if they sign, in line with FTC guidelines. We'll give you simple, pre-approved language to use so this is never awkward.
