Fitmakesenz LLC ("AmenityFit," "we," "us," or "our") operates the AmenityFit platform, including the web application available at amenityfit.app and the resident-facing fitness application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account registration information (name, email address, password)
• Building access code used during registration
• Fitness profile data (fitness level, equipment preferences, injury history)
• Body measurements and weight logs you choose to record
• Workout activity and program progress
• Communications with the Fitness Assistant
• Wearable device data when you choose to connect a wearable integration (recovery scores, strain, sleep, heart rate)
• Application submissions submitted through amenityfit.app

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the Service, including device information, browser type, IP address, and usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Generate and personalize your fitness programs
• Power the Fitness Assistant's context-aware responses
• Track your progress and display it within the application
• Provide building managers with aggregate adoption and engagement metrics for their building
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Respond to inquiries and applications submitted through the website

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Building managers: Aggregate, non-identifiable engagement metrics (total active residents, total workouts completed) may be visible to authorized building managers in their dashboard. Individual resident data is never disclosed to building managers.
• Service providers: We work with third-party service providers including Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Anthropic for Fitness Assistant functionality, Vimeo for video delivery, and Cloudinary for image delivery. These providers process data on our behalf subject to their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Wearable Data

If you choose to connect a wearable device (Whoop, Apple Watch, or Fitbit), we access recovery, strain, sleep, and activity data from that device solely to provide workout intensity adjustments and enhanced Fitness Assistant context. This data is stored securely and never shared with third parties or your building manager.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and fitness data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

8. Your Choices

You may update your account information and fitness profile at any time within the application. You may disconnect wearable integrations at any time from your profile settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
